thousands of New York residents with developmental disabilities. Headquartered in Delmar
NY, providing services to individuals and their families through
local Chapters within each County of the State. |

NYSRA
is a statewide not-for-profit organization with a growing
membership of over 130 agencies providing employment and ongoing
support services to people with disabilities.
NYSRA is unique among provider associations, because all
disabilities physical, sensory, mental and circumstantial
are served by NYSRA member agencies. |

NYS OMRDD's Mission
is to coordinate and provide services for people with
developmental disabilities and their families and to conduct
research into the causes and prevention of developmental
disabilities.

Quality of Care serves people with developmental disabilities and their families by providing independent
oversight of the quality and cost-effectiveness of services
provided by all mental hygiene programs in New York State. |

NISH
is the national nonprofit agency designated by the Committee for
Purchase From People Who Are Blind Or Severely Disabled to provide
technical assistance to Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRPs)
interested in obtaining federal contracts under the
Javits-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD) Program.

mission is to develop business opportunities for New York State's
community rehabilitation programs and increase employment

ArcLink provides customized, specific information on the
various sources of assistance available to individuals with

as information on almost 30,000 providers. |

an international association of people with disabilities, their

society in which inclusion of all people in all aspects of society

The Rhythmic Arts
Project (TRAP) was founded in 1997 by Eddie Tuduri.
TRAP is essentially an education program utilizing drums and
percussion to address many basic life skills.
By integrating drums and percussion into proven methods of healing
and teaching, this innovation has spawned a new and enjoyable
learning curve. |
